Shilajit Origin

Our Shilajit comes from Siberia and India. It is always wild collected and is then cleaned and filtered. We have each batch tested several times. The first time in a partner laboratory in India and also in a laboratory in Germany. It is relatively expensive for us, but this step is extremely important for our customers.

Shilajit intake:

180-250mg daily (approx. the size of a grain of wheat) in a glass of lukewarm water (until 39°C) dissolve.

Danger! Anyone who takes Shilajit for the first time will be surprised. It looks like tar and smells a bit like a goat stable. We therefore recommend drinking it in tea or water mixed with a little honey.

Content Shilajit:

30g Shilajit in a violet glass jar.

All products are energized by us with love and the flower of life.

FAQ

Answer Questions

What exactly is shilajit?

Shilajit is a biomass rich in nutrients and minerals. Shilajit, or also called Mumijo, is produced by Bergen. Organic matter flows in many mountain ranges around the world. It can be found from at least 3500 meters altitude. It is very widespread in the Himalayan mountains. Shilajit consists of humus (soil/topsoil) and organic plant materials. It is created under high pressure under the rock layers of the mountains and melts from the mountains as soon as it gets warmer in summer. It is then collected there. Shilajit cannot be produced industrially. .

Where does your shilajit come from?

Depending on the batch, our Shilajit comes from Kazakhstan or India. Our Shilajit is collected above 3,000 m altitude. We will be happy to send the coordinates of our “mountain springs” upon request.

How does shilajit taste?

Especially for people who are taking Shilajit for the first time, the taste takes a lot of getting used to. It tastes slightly smoky and smells relatively strong. Our recommendation is therefore to drink Shilajit in tea and with a generous spoonful of honey.

What is the difference between Altai and Himalayan Shilajit?

There is a myth in the market that Himalayan Shilajit is more valuable than Altai Shilajit. However, this is just a pure marketing ploy. Origin does not determine quality. The purity and proportion of fulvic acid is relevant. The higher the proportion of fulvic acid, the better. We guarantee at least 50% fulvic acid. We also test each batch for contaminants and heavy metals.

Does Shilajit Have Side Effects?

Current studies and our thousands of satisfied customers show that there are no significant side effects.

However, we would like to point out that every dietary supplement, including Shilajit, can have potential side effects. For this reason, we recommend not exceeding the recommended consumption.

What effects can i expect from shilajit?

Dietary supplements are legally classified as food.
Due to the Health Claims Regulation in the EU, we are unfortunately not allowed to make any statements about the effects of Shilajit.
However, most of our customers are very satisfied with this product and have had good experiences with it.
Please do your own research on the internet or in relevant specialist books about areas of application and possible effects.
